We are a family run commercial landscaping business with over thirty years of combined experience in commercial and large private gardening projects.
Openscape has transitioned from a very successful labour-only business to a supply and installation company with a focus on good client relationships, practical excellence and the vision to bring your landscaping projects to life.
Openscape are experts in soft and hard landscaping, such as sports pitches, show homes and plots, complex SANGS projects and so much more.
Openscape's highly trained and SSIP accredited commercial landscaping work force enables us to run simultaneous projects safely, efficiently and to the high standards that our clients expect and that we're proud to provide.

Soft Landscaping
- Rotovating and ground preparation - we'll get your ground ready for planting and/or building
- Turfing - a selection of grass types to choose from to suit your plot
- Planting - our horticultural knowledge will bring your borders to life with year-round interest. Creative planting plans and bedding schemes a speciality
- Mulching - deters weeds, slugs and snails and makes the scene look tidy and cared for
- Seeding - lawns and verges. Choose a wild flower mix as part of your project to attract bees to your scheme

Hard Landscaping
- Patio installation - modern porcelain, traditional stone or composites
- Decking - traditional wood or modern recycled materials
- Artificial Grass installation - particularly suited to smaller spaces and where conditions for natural grass are compromised; we have the know-how to design and install the perfect low maintenance faux surface

- Crate Systems - urban commercial or domestic. Trees are installed in a crate system that keeps their roots below the surface
- Underground guying installation for large trees - when 'instant planting' is required and mature trees are part of the mix, we use a hidden system of tension wires to support the tree rootball and anchor it securely into the ground
- Tree protection - defend your tress from deer, rabbits and voles. Eco solutions for saplings, or forged metal guards look great in parkland settings
- Water features - including pumps and kits or bespoke creations

Grounds Maintenance
Openscape will keep your site maintained. Choose from a one-off clearance and tidy or opt for a regular commercial landscaping maintenance contract.
- Clearance of new sites ready for first dig. Once your land is approved for building, Openscape will clear the site and dispose of all the plant based materials.
- Tree surgery works - get the very best from your trees and have them trimmed and pruned by the experts
- Mowing, pruning, weed control, litter picking - all part of the commercial landscaping maintenance mix; ask us for details
- Jet washing - it's amazing what a difference jet-washing makes to the look of patios and paths, plus a good jet-wash improves safety underfoot. Openscape will undertake a one-off session or a regular contract
- Gritting - for the winter months; choose a regular contract so when the temperatures plummet you'll know that your car parks and pavements are safe
